There are two main elements involved with creating a design for a billboard campaign. The first is the collection of design elements (called the "design"). This consists of items like title text, body text, background color and/or image and up to two supplemental images. Once you have your design elements in place then you can proceed to the "layout" portion. Because billboards differ in size, your will place your elements on a virtual rendition of each billboard you picked during the initial campaign creation process.
On your "My Designs" page, you can see all the various designs you have created along with the billboards on which they have been laid out. As you flip through the billboards you have the option of changing the way the elements are laid out on that board. Alternatively you can alter your design elements themselves at which point you will be prompted to change the layouts on each board that use your particular design.
Bear in mind that changing a layout or design elements will have no effect on campaigns you have already scheduled and have been approved to run. You will need to cancel that campaign ("order") and reschedule.
